Dyani was born with a muscle condition called Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congentia, which affects the joints in her arms and legs. Even though she has a disability, Dyani does not let it define her!  Dyani has accomplished so much throughout her life, all while overcoming many obstacles. In May 2024, Dyani graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Now, Dyani is attending Meharry Medical College working on her Master’s degree in Biomedical Data Science. After Dyani is finished with her Master’s degree, Dyani will be working on her Ph.D in Biomedical Data Science. Dyani wanted to create a space to inspire, empower, and advocate for others through speaking engagements, workshops, and programs.
